If you really want to lose weight, one of the best ways for you to do so is to eat a proper diet and to get some exercise. If you eat properly and exercise properly, you would be surprised with the amount of leeway that you can have in order to enjoy a drink out with friends from time to time. The real key comes in just eating a diet that is clean and is free of preservatives and sugar as possible. Instead of taking a lot of things out of your diet, begin adding things into it that are good for you.

The exercise that you should be getting should consist of a combination of high intensity interval training on the treadmill and some weightlifting exercises that will add lean muscle mass to your body. These two things work hand-in-hand and it can boost your metabolism considerably, giving you the freedom to enjoy a drink from time to time.
